
Collaboration Between EIC and UANL Biotechnology Faculty is Strengthen
The workshop “How to get your paper published” by Samira Hosseini was a great success between researchers and students of Tecnológico de Monterrey. Due to this, the second workshop edition was held at the Autonomous University of Nuevo Leon.
Aida Rodriguez, Biotechnology Faculty researcher was the host of the five-week workshop. Over 40 attendees, professors, researchers, and students, reunited at the Biotechnology Institute’s auditorium.
Besides the workshop content, short-presentations were delivered by researchers of both universities. Roberto Gallo, Sensors and Devices researcher presented the research lines and interests of the research group. He mentioned the main projects such as “Lab-on-a-chip” and “CD-Based Microfluidic Devices.”
Martha Guerrero presented different methods of Enzyme preparation, while Nora Elizondo and her research group are looking for new pathways for more efficient and green technologies for fabrication of nanoparticles.
